• 5.12 million shares acquired for $2.38 million at a fixed price of $0.47 per share. • 0.04 million shares acquired for $0.02 million, also at $0.47 per share.

Combined, J.P. Morgan Securities PLC purchased 5.15 million Continental Aerospace shares for a total consideration of $2.40 million, with both the highest and lowest execution prices at $0.47. All trades were conducted for its own account.
