YOFC (06869) led the rally with a 10.12% jump to HK$179.50, while ZJ INNOLIGHT (03308) climbed 5.52% to HK$1,071. KB LAMINATES (01888) advanced 6.79% to HK$42.46, and VGT (02476) gained 4.4% to HK$247.
The market move comes after NVIDIA reported fiscal second-quarter revenue of $96.221 billion, up 106% year-over-year and 18% sequentially, surpassing the analyst consensus of $92.38 billion and exceeding the company's own prior guidance. Management also projected roughly 70% revenue growth for fiscal 2028, well above the market's earlier estimate of 45%.
CEO Jensen Huang highlighted that AI infrastructure construction is advancing at full speed, noting that the Vera Rubin platform is now in full production and purpose-built to meet the demands of this era.
