In response to a 5.2-magnitude earthquake in Liunan District, Liuzhou City, Guangxi, the Ministry of Water Resources has promptly activated its emergency dispatch and command mechanism for earthquake relief. Preliminary inspections indicate that river and water conditions in the affected area remain stable, with no reports of damage to water conservancy projects received so far. Some rural water supply sources in the earthquake zone temporarily experienced turbidity, but normal water supply has been restored following emergency treatment measures.
