Weimob Inc. (Stock Code: 2013) has announced a change in its principal place of business in Hong Kong, effective from 14 November 2025. The new address is 31/F., Tower Two, Times Square, 1 Matheson Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.

The announcement also states that, with effect from 14 November 2025, a change has occurred in the company’s authorized representative responsible for service of process and notices under Hong Kong’s Companies Ordinance. Mr. Sparrow Charles Harry has ceased to act in this capacity, and the Board has appointed Ms. Ng Sau Mei, the joint company secretary, to serve as the new process agent for Weimob Inc.
