During the AI Payment Ecosystem Conference hosted by Alipay, Ant Group CEO Han Xinyi delivered a keynote address.
He stated that artificial intelligence is reshaping decision-making authority, shifting it from humans to AI agents. This transformation is driving three major changes:
First, the model is evolving from people seeking services to services proactively finding people. The traditional logic of traffic flow is becoming obsolete, while trust-based logic is gaining prominence. AI agents can understand user intent and actively match them with the most suitable services.
Second, transactions are moving from product-based exchanges to task-based solutions. Instead of simply purchasing an airplane ticket, users are now buying a complete, optimized business travel experience. The unit of transaction is upgrading from individual SKUs to comprehensive solutions.
Third, the market structure is transitioning from a bilateral model to a multi-party network. Users, AI agents, service providers, and payment network data parties collaborate in real-time, fundamentally rewriting the logic of value creation and distribution.
