(300759.SZ) announced that shareholder Xinzhong Kangcheng intends to sell up to 16.8426 million shares, representing 0.92% of the company's total equity, through methods including block trades and centralized bidding over a three-month period starting May 27, 2026. Separately, shareholder Xinzhong Longcheng plans to divest up to 10.7166 million shares, equivalent to 0.58% of total shares, using the same transaction methods during the identical timeframe. Both divestment initiatives will comply with Shenzhen Stock Exchange regulations.
