Beijing Chunlizhengda Medical Instruments Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 1858) has released an announcement detailing several proposals to be voted on at its extraordinary general meeting (EGM), scheduled for 19 November 2025. The meeting will take place concurrently with the class meetings for holders of A shares and H shares at the Company’s headquarters in Tongzhou District, Beijing.
The Company proposes amendments to its Articles of Association and relevant corporate governance rules, including abolishing the Supervisory Committee and transferring relevant functions to the newly established audit committee. The EGM will also consider amendments to internal management policies, specifically the Working System for Independent Directors and Management Measures for Use of Proceeds.
In the same announcement, the Board presented the 2025 Third Quarterly Profit Distribution Plan.
