Net Profit Surges 108% for Shenzhen China Micro Semicon in 2025, Automotive-Grade Chip Shipments Jump 73%

Shenzhen China Micro Semicon Co.,Ltd. (688380.SH) has released its 2025 performance report, showing a significant increase in both revenue and profitability. The company achieved total operating revenue of 1.122 billion yuan, representing a year-on-year increase of 23.09%. Net profit attributable to owners of the parent company reached 285 million yuan, surging by 108.05% compared to the previous year. Additionally, the net profit attributable to owners of the parent company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 169 million yuan, an increase of 85.84% year-on-year.

During the reporting period, the company experienced rapid growth in the shipment volumes of its automotive-grade chips and industrial control chips. Shipments of automotive-grade chips increased by more than 6.5 million units, a rise of approximately 73% compared to the same period last year. The company also effectively expanded its market share in measurement-related products, contributing to the sustained rapid growth in overall revenue.

The promotion of new products and ongoing product iteration have not only optimized the product mix but have also enhanced product competitiveness and gross margin. The sales proportion of 32-bit machines increased from about 32% in the previous year to 36%. The company's overall gross profit margin improved from approximately 30% last year to 34%.
