China Strategic Technology Group Limited released unaudited operating data for August 2026, indicating that monthly revenue fell to RMB 52.27 million, a year-on-year contraction of 70.97% from RMB 180.07 million in August 2025.

The Group’s business portfolio spans aerospace, precision manufacturing, new-energy vessels and biotechnology:

• CT Aerospace – titanium alloy materials, satellite components, digital satellite applications and small unmanned spacecraft. • CT Precision Manufacturing – electronic manufacturing services, printed circuit board assemblies, energy and thermal management systems, intelligent control systems and industrial sensors. • CT Vessel – development and production of new-energy small commercial and civilian vessels integrating aerospace technology and energy-storage know-how. • CT Biotechnology – research and application of life-science and biomedical technologies.

Management highlights the Group’s strategy of leveraging cross-sector synergies among aerospace, intelligent manufacturing, shipbuilding and biotechnology to support long-term diversification and growth.
