According to the latest information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on May 22, a shareholder of WING FUNG GROUP (08526) transferred shares from ORIENTSEC INT to another brokerage firm. The transfer had a market value of HK$1.1853 million, accounting for 6.09% of the holdings.
Previously, WING FUNG GROUP announced its annual results for the period ending December 31, 2025. The company reported revenue of HK$145.6 million, a decrease of 17.6% year-on-year. It recorded a net loss of HK$22.009 million, compared to a profit of HK$1.073 million in the same period last year. The basic loss per share was 13.56 HK cents.
