Mininglamp Technology announced that founder and controlling shareholder Mr. Minghui Wu has voluntarily extended the lock-up period on 14.84 million class B ordinary shares held through Mine Mine International Limited by an additional 12 months, pushing the new expiry date to 2 November 2027.
The Relevant Shares represent approximately 9.70% of the company’s total issued share capital and confer roughly 51.80% of voting rights on matters other than reserved issues. Under the extended undertaking, effective immediately after the original lock-up ends on 2 November 2026, Mr. Wu and his controlled entities are prohibited from selling, pledging, or otherwise transferring any interest in the shares, and from entering into derivatives or similar arrangements that would shift their economic exposure.
This voluntary commitment supplements all existing lock-up obligations disclosed in the company’s 23 October 2025 prospectus and does not affect the 431,996 class A shares held by Zhuhai Hengqin Minglue Wanxiang Equity Investment Enterprise (Limited Partnership).
The board advises shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
