Dida Inc. Maintains Stable Share Capital in July 2026; 17.04 Million Pre-IPO Options Cancelled

For the month ended 31 July 2026, Dida Inc. reported no changes to either its authorised or issued share capital, while fully cancelling the remaining 17.04 million options under its Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme.

Authorised and Issued Capital • Authorised share capital remained at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0001, equivalent to USD 200,000. • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) were unchanged at 1.03 billion. The company held no treasury shares.

Public Float Dida confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as at 31 July 2026.

Equity-Based Incentive Schemes • Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme: outstanding options fell to zero after a 17.04 million reduction. Although no new shares were issued, option exercises during the month generated HKD 0.54 million in proceeds. • Pre-IPO Restricted Share Scheme and Post-IPO RSU Scheme: no share issuances or transfers were recorded.

Other Securities The company reported no activity involving warrants, convertible securities, or Hong Kong Depositary Receipts.

Overall, July closed with stable share capital structure and the full retirement of legacy Pre-IPO options, leaving Dida with no outstanding share options at month-end.
