Wing Fei Technology (06871) has announced a change in its corporate governance structure, effective September 23, 2026. Ms. Cen Jiexian has resigned from her positions as joint company secretary and the authorized representative for accepting legal process documents and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong, as required under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Rule 19A.13(2) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

In the same announcement, the company confirmed the appointment of Ms. Choi Man Yee as the new joint company secretary and agent for legal process documents, effective immediately. This transition aligns with adjustments in work arrangements and ensures continuity in the company's secretarial and legal compliance functions.
