Kidztech Publishes AGM Circular, Notice and Proxy Form Online; Offers Printed Copies on Request

Kidztech Holdings Limited released a notification on 2 June 2026 confirming that the English and Chinese versions of its latest Corporate Communications—comprising the Circular, Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Proxy Form—have been uploaded to both the company’s website (www.kidztech.net) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board highlights a preference for shareholders and investors to access the documents electronically, referring to this online set as the “Website Version”. Non-registered holders—those whose shares are maintained through CCASS participants—are advised to provide functional email addresses to their banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited to receive e-mail alerts when future Corporate Communications are posted.

For stakeholders who experience difficulties with email notifications or online access, Kidztech offers complimentary printed copies of the Current Corporate Communication and all future materials. Interested parties should complete and sign the enclosed Request Form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label or via email at 6918-ecom@vistra.com.

The company notes that the instruction to receive printed copies will remain effective for all subsequent Corporate Communications until written notice to the registrar or until 31 December 2025, whichever comes first.
