Morningstar recently released a report assigning a fair value estimate of USD 280 per share to NVIDIA. This valuation is supported by two key factors: first, NVIDIA possesses a wide economic moat, as its GPU chips, CUDA software ecosystem, and related products maintain a hard-to-replace technological advantage in the market. Second, as major cloud service providers continue to increase investment in AI infrastructure, Morningstar expects NVIDIA's revenue to sustain strong growth momentum.
