Jiangsu Province Contributes Seven Projects to 2025's National List of Exemplary Coordinated New Information Infrastructure Developments

Seven projects from Jiangsu Province have been selected for inclusion in the 2025 national list of exemplary cases for the coordinated development of new information infrastructure.

The selection process, which involved application submissions, local recommendations, comprehensive evaluations, and a public review period, resulted in a final list of 80 exemplary cases nationwide. The cases are categorized across five major areas with 16 sub-categories: 'Signal Enhancement', shared telecommunications infrastructure construction, intelligent network infrastructure upgrades, mobile Internet of Things (IoT), and computing power infrastructure.

Among the selected projects, China Mobile Jiangsu's 'AI-Powered Integrated Advancement of Key Scenario "Capability Enhancement"' was chosen as a key scenario 'Signal Enhancement' case. Another project from China Mobile Jiangsu, 'Perception Elevation, Intelligent "Super Jiangsu": Network Intelligence Empowering High-Value Business Leap', was selected as a business service 'Perception Enhancement' case.

The 'Wuxi 312 National Highway Huishan Section Pipeline and Cable Shared Construction Project' from China Mobile Wuxi Branch was included as a cross-industry open sharing case.

For intelligent network infrastructure operation and maintenance, two projects were selected: 'Empowering the Digital Economy: Reshaping Network Infrastructure Intelligent Operations with Digital Twins and Swarm Intelligence' from China Mobile Jiangsu, and 'Research and Application of a Scene Perception and Intelligent Optimization System Based on Multimodal Data Intelligent Computing' from China Mobile Xuzhou Branch.

China Telecom Yangzhou Branch contributed the 'NB-IoT End-to-End Communication Assurance Solution and Optimization Method Based on Yangma Bracelet Application', which was selected as a case for enhancing digital and intelligent living standards.

Finally, Nanjing University's 'AI-Powered Green and Low-Carbon Operation and Maintenance Practice for Computing Power Centers' was chosen as an exemplary case for green and low-carbon computing power infrastructure construction.
