On February 20, The Capital Group Companies, Inc. increased its holdings in Techtronic Industries (00669) by approximately 1.9 million shares. The transaction was executed at an average price of HK$119.32 per share, amounting to a total investment of around HK$227 million. Following this acquisition, Capital Group's total shareholding in the company stands at about 111 million shares, representing a 6.05% stake.
