TransThera Sciences (Nanjing), Inc. reported that on 21 July 2026 it repurchased 111,000 H-shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for treasury purposes. The buy-back was executed within a price band of HKD 9.92–10.70 per share, translating into an aggregate consideration of HKD 1.14 million and an average cost of HKD 10.27 per share.
The repurchase represents 0.036 % of the company’s issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as of the previous trading day. Following the transaction, the number of issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury stock) fell to 312.40 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 312.69 million. Treasury shares increased from 180,000 to 291,000 units.
The current buy-back forms part of the mandate approved by shareholders on 18 June 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 31.27 million shares. Cumulative purchases under this mandate now stand at 291,000 shares, equivalent to 0.093 % of the issued share capital on the mandate date, leaving over 31.0 million shares still available for repurchase.
Under Hong Kong listing rules, TransThera is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares, lasting until 20 August 2026. The board confirms that the transaction was conducted in accordance with all applicable regulations and listing requirements.
