TECHTRONIC IND Applies to HKEX for Listing of $500 Million Medium-Term Note Programme

TECHTRONIC IND (00669.HK) announced on May 18 that it has applied to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for the listing of a US$500 million medium-term note programme. The application seeks approval for the programme to be listed for a period of twelve months commencing May 18, 2026. The notes are to be issued solely to professional investors, as defined in Chapter 37 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, by way of debt issuance. Details are contained in the relevant offering circular dated May 18, 2026. The listing of the programme is expected to become effective on or about May 19, 2026. For this issuance, Citigroup and HSBC have been appointed as arrangers and dealers. ANZ, BNP Paribas, BOC International, Bank of America Securities, Mizuho Securities, MUFG Securities, Standard Chartered Bank, and UBS Group AG are acting as dealers.
