VSING Limited (incorporated in the Cayman Islands) initially listed on GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on 6 July 2016. According to the updated announcement, issued share capital stands at 1,078,320,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.1 each and a board lot size of 10,000 shares.

The group specializes in freight forwarding and logistics services, focusing on air/sea freight, trucking, and warehousing. It also engages in manufacturing and selling plastic products in Vietnam, trading used mobile phones, and operating a social entertainment platform known as “VSING,” which uses modern technology to enhance user experiences in leisure and karaoke activities.

Current substantial shareholders include Win All Management Limited and its beneficial owner, alongside V Sing Holdings Limited, Futura Entertainment Group Limited, and V Sing Founders Sdn. Bhd. Each of these interests represents designated proportions of the Company’s total shareholdings, ranging up to 27.37%. Key Executive Directors are Ngu Sing King, Lai Kwok Hei, and Chan Kin Ho Philip, while the Independent Non-Executive Directors comprise Wong Hoi Yan, Audrey; Ma Kin Hung; and Cheung Choi Hung.

The Company’s head office is situated in Puchong, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia, with registrars in both the Cayman Islands and Hong Kong. The auditor is Elite Partners CPA Limited, based in Wan Chai, Hong Kong. No other securities or warrants have been listed aside from the ordinary shares in issuance.
