Sanchuan Wisdom Technology Co.,Ltd. (ASX: 300066) has announced its intention to sell its 57.7634% equity stake in Yingtan Jingchuan Water Supply Co., Ltd.
The stake will be transferred to Yingtan Longhushan Scenic Area Longxing State-owned Assets Operation and Management (Group) Co., Ltd. for a consideration of 3.6937 million yuan, based on an asset evaluation.
Upon completion of this transaction, Sanchuan Wisdom will no longer hold any equity interest in Jingchuan Water Supply.
