CBHB Updates Board Composition and Committee Leadership Structure

China Bohai Bank Co., Ltd. (CBHB) released an updated roster of its board of directors, separating members into executive, non-executive and independent non-executive categories. The Board now comprises two executive directors, five non-executive directors and six independent non-executive directors, with Mr. Wang Jinhong serving as Chairman and Mr. Au Siu Luen as Vice Chairman.\n\nFive specialised committees have been confirmed—Risk Management and Green Finance; Related Party Transactions Control; Audit and Consumer Rights Protection; Nomination and Remuneration; and Development Strategy and Inclusive Finance.
