Amasse Capital Holdings Limited (8168) Announces Appointment of New Executive Director

Amasse Capital Holdings Limited (the “Company,” stock code: 8168) announced the appointment of Mr. Fan Kaiye as an Executive Director, effective 24 November 2025.

Mr. Fan, aged 50, holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from Fudan University (2012). He has served as a director of Beijing Xiangnong Puhui Technology Company Limited and R01Labs Capital Holdings Limited, focusing on agricultural and rural revitalization funds, industrial private equity funds, and FinTech initiatives such as Web 3.0 and Real-World Assets (RWA). He has co-authored texts related to rural revitalization and authored a publication on Token Economic Design.

His previous roles include serving as an executive director at Lamtex Holdings Limited (delisted on 22 April 2022) from 1 June 2018 to 21 December 2018, an independent director of Hubei Mailyard Share Company Limited from 16 February 2022 to 25 October 2022, and an executive director of Silkwave Inc from 18 March 2024 to 8 May 2024.

Mr. Fan’s initial three-year appointment with the Company includes a monthly remuneration of HK$30,000. He will hold office until the next annual general meeting, subject to retirement by rotation and re-election according to the Company’s articles of association and relevant GEM Listing Rules.

Following this appointment, the Company intends to explore business opportunities in China's agriculture industry and related FinTech ventures.
