ALSCO Pooling Service Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) has confirmed that its final offer price for the Global Offering is HK$11.00 per H Share. According to the announcement, the Global Offering comprises 20.34 million H Shares, including 2.03 million H Shares in the Hong Kong Public Offering and 18.30 million H Shares in the International Offering. After deducting listing expenses of HK$48.18 million from gross proceeds of HK$223.70 million, net proceeds stand at HK$175.52 million.
The Company’s shares (stock code: 02649) are expected to commence dealings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on March 9, 2026. There will be 90.34 million issued Shares upon listing, and the H Shares will be traded in board lots of 200 H Shares each. The Hong Kong Public Offering received 162,571 valid applications with an overall subscription level of approximately 5,297.23 times, while the International Offering recorded a subscription level of about 4.20 times.
