SH ELECTRIC (02727) announced that, following a review of the candidates' qualifications by the company's board nomination committee, the board of directors has approved the nomination of Dr. Wu Lei and Mr. Zhu Zhaokai as candidates for executive directors of the sixth board of directors.
The board also approved the nomination of Ms. Lu Wen and Mr. Zhu Jiaqi as candidates for non-executive directors of the sixth board of directors.
Furthermore, the nominations of Dr. Liu Yunhong, Dr. Du Zhaohui, and Dr. Chen Xinyuan as candidates for independent non-executive directors of the sixth board of directors were approved.
