Hong Kong, 21 May 2026 — BlackRock, Inc., a Class (6) associate of ENN Energy Holdings Ltd (“ENN Energy”), has reported a series of derivative transactions linked to the utility group’s shares in connection with ENN Energy’s proposed privatisation by way of scheme of arrangement.
On 20 May 2026, BlackRock executed 14 derivative contracts referencing a cumulative 119,200 ENN Energy shares. Reference prices ranged from USD 58.35 to USD 58.60 per share, resulting in total consideration of USD 3.06 million.
Following completion of the trades, BlackRock’s aggregate interest (including holdings of any concert parties) rose to 9.82 million ENN Energy shares. The dealings were made on behalf of discretionary investment clients.
Under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers, the disclosure forms part of the ongoing reporting obligations triggered by ENN Energy’s privatisation scheme. No maturity or closing‐out dates were specified for the newly entered derivative positions.
