Share repurchase on 11 June 2026 • Volume: 20,000 ordinary shares • Price range: HKD 4.99–5.07 per share • Aggregate consideration: HKD 0.10 million • All repurchased shares are earmarked for cancellation.

Ongoing buy-back activity (11 May–11 June 2026) • Cumulative shares repurchased but not yet cancelled: 228,000, equal to 0.0108 % of outstanding shares. • Volume-weighted average purchase prices ranged between HKD 4.86 and HKD 5.07 per share during the period.

Repurchase mandate utilisation • Shareholders approved a mandate on 15 May 2026 authorising the repurchase of up to 211.11 million shares. • Since that date, the company has bought back 204,000 shares, representing 0.0097 % of the share capital at the time of mandate approval. • Remaining capacity under the mandate: approximately 210.91 million shares.

Capital structure • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as at 11 June 2026: 2.11 billion. • No new shares were issued, and no treasury shares were sold during the reporting period.

Regulatory compliance The board confirmed that all repurchase activities complied with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Main Board Rules and relevant legal requirements.
