Haier Smart Home buys back 0.90 million A-shares for RMB 18.85 million, treasury stock climbs to 114.42 million

Haier Smart Home Co., Ltd. (Haier Smart Home) disclosed a share repurchase executed on 20 May 2026 via the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

The company bought back 900,000 A-shares at prices ranging from RMB 20.89 to RMB 21.00, with a volume-weighted average cost of RMB 20.95 per share. The transaction totaled RMB 18.85 million and the repurchased shares will be held as treasury stock for future share-incentive schemes; none are slated for cancellation at this stage.

Following the operation, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) declined to 6.14 billion from 6.14 billion, representing a marginal 0.0147% reduction. Treasury shares increased to 114.42 million from 113.52 million, while total issued share capital remained unchanged at 6.25 billion shares.

The company confirmed that the buyback was authorized by its board and conducted in accordance with all applicable listing rules and domestic regulations.
