In response to the incident, Hellobike stated to the media, "A photo from a recent staff gathering of our company has been circulating on social platforms. The behavior depicted in the photo does not align with the values Hellobike has always advocated and does not represent the overall demeanor of Hellobike employees. Regarding this, our company has initiated an internal investigation. Hellobike always respects industry partners and promotes a healthy and rational industry atmosphere."
