The 2026 Annual General Meeting is set for 9 June 2026 at 2:30 p.m. at Golden Restaurant, 1st Floor, China Merchants Tower, Shun Tak Centre, 168–200 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong.
In line with updated Hong Kong Listing Rules, the Articles of Association and the Companies Ordinance, SJM Holdings has adopted an electronic dissemination regime for all future corporate communications—covering annual and interim reports, notices, circulars and actionable documents. Registered shareholders are encouraged to:
• Provide a functional email address by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form, enabling prompt electronic delivery of all future documents. • Submit the completed reply form or email (sjm.ecom@computershare.com.hk) by 26 May 2026 to confirm their preferred mode of receipt.
Shareholders who do not respond by the deadline will be deemed to have consented to receive corporate communications via the company and HKEX websites, with printed copies of actionable communications provided by post. Printed versions of the 2025 ESG Report remain available on request. Any shareholder may change communication preferences at any time by written notice or email to the registrar.
