According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on February 20, shareholders of TIME INTERCON (01729) deposited shares with Citibank. The deposited shares have a market value of HK$1.785 billion, representing 5.45% of the company's issued share capital.

TIME INTERCON announced that all conditions under the placement agreement have been fulfilled. The placement was completed on February 20, 2026, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement.

A total of 108 million placement shares were successfully allocated to no fewer than six placees. The placement price was HK$15.22 per share. These shares represent approximately 5.45% of the company's total issued share capital immediately prior to the completion of the placement, and approximately 5.16% of the enlarged issued share capital following the completion of the placement.
