China Southern Power Grid Energy Efficiency & Clean Energy Co., Ltd. (003035.SZ) announced that its shareholder, Green Energy Mixed-Ownership Reform Equity Investment Fund (Guangzhou) Partnership, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 75.76 million shares, equivalent to 2% of the company's total share capital. The divestment will be executed through centralized bidding and block trades over a three-month period starting 15 trading days after the disclosure of the plan.
