A significant set of 338 national standards has been approved by the State Administration for Market Regulation's Standardization Administration.
This release includes 15 mandatory and 323 recommended standards, covering high-tech, traditional industries, public safety, and daily life. These standards are expected to drive high-quality industrial development, improve living standards, and protect life and property.
Focus on Daily Life:
For daily life, a mandatory national standard on intelligent connected vehicle autonomous driving system safety has been issued. It regulates the design, development, and testing of autonomous driving systems to ensure accurate and reliable operation in complex traffic scenarios, minimizing traffic accidents caused by system failures or misjudgments and reducing the risk of casualties.
A standard for internet-based bicycle rental service specifications has also been released. This standard governs the entire process of rental bike operations, encouraging companies to optimize services and enhance user experience.
Breakthroughs in High-Tech Fields:
In the high-tech sector, a national standard for artificial intelligence medical device quality requirements and evaluation terminology has been published. This standard helps establish a national standard system for AI medical devices, providing a foundation for product development, testing, and quality control.
New standards for stereoscopic display devices and flexible display devices have been released, improving the quality evaluation system for display technologies. Additionally, standards for optical circuit boards and fiber optic interconnection devices in the optoelectronics field have been issued, standardizing device performance indicators and test measurement methods.
Supporting Traditional Industries:
In traditional industries, four mandatory national standards have been released for compressed natural gas for vehicles, biodiesel-blended vehicle diesel, and marine fuel oil. These standards continuously update technical specifications based on the latest development trends and environmental requirements, ensuring China's energy security and ecological environment safety.
Fourteen national standards for ship portholes, marine air conditioners, and marine drinking water purification devices have been issued. These are updated based on domestic technical progress and international standards, enhancing the entire ship industry chain standard system and supporting China's transition from a "major shipbuilding country" to a "strong shipbuilding nation."
Forty-two national standards for mechanical vibration, pneumatics, and hydraulic transmission have been released, driving the reliability upgrade of basic equipment and promoting the collaborative progress of domestic components. Additionally, 38 national standards for deformed superalloys, composite rolls, and epoxy-coated steel wires and strands have been issued, enabling the substitution of critical materials with domestic ones and expanding high-end applications.
Enhancing Public Safety:
In public safety, a mandatory national standard for resistance welding machine safety requirements has been published. This standard provides rigid technical specifications for welding equipment operation, effectively curbing safety accidents and protecting personnel lives. Its implementation will force companies to improve intrinsic safety levels, standardize production management, and lay a solid foundation for long-term stable equipment operation and high-quality industry development.
Fifteen national standards for elevator T-rails, elevator landing door fire resistance tests, and periodic inspection and evaluation of liquefied petroleum gas and liquefied dimethyl ether steel cylinders have been issued, strengthening the safety bottom line for special equipment.
Two national standards for safety production management in small and micro enterprises and organizational safety planning guidelines have been released. These focus on the intrinsic safety and resilience capabilities of grassroots enterprises, further refining system construction elements and plan preparation processes, and promoting the transformation of safety management towards a preventive model.
