Kinetic Development Announces First HKD0.01 Dividend Instalment for FY2025 Final Payout

Kinetic Development Group Limited declared the first instalment of its final dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, confirming a payment of HKD0.01 per share.

The HKD0.01 per-share distribution forms part of a previously announced HKD0.06 per-share final dividend that will be disbursed in four phases: HKD0.01 per share on or before 10 June 2026 and 31 July 2026, followed by HKD0.02 per share on or before 31 August 2026 and 30 September 2026.

Key timetable details for the first instalment are as follows: • Ex-dividend date: 22 May 2026 • Last day to lodge share transfers: 26 May 2026 (16:30) • Book-closure period: 27 May 2026 – 29 May 2026 • Record date: 29 May 2026 • Payment date: on or before 10 June 2026

Shareholders approved the final dividend at the company’s annual general meeting on 20 May 2026. Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited will handle the share registration process during the relevant period.

The distribution is classified as an ordinary dividend, and no withholding tax provisions or convertible securities adjustments were noted in the announcement.

The board comprises seven directors: three executive directors (Chairman Ju Wenzhong, CEO Li Bo and Ji Kunpeng), one non-executive director (Zhang Lin) and three independent non-executive directors (Liu Peilian, Chen Liangnuan and Xue Hui).
