(002555.SZ) announced that on October 31, 2025, the company and related individuals—including Mr. Li Weiwei (current Chairman), Mr. Zeng Kaitian (current Vice Chairman and General Manager), Mr. Hu Yuhang (current Vice Chairman), Mr. Yang Jun (former Director and Deputy General Manager), Mr. Ye Wei (current Director, Board Secretary, and CFO), and Ms. Wu Weihong—received an Advance Notice of Administrative Penalty issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC).
The investigation revealed the following alleged violations: 1. False disclosures of shareholder holdings in annual reports from 2014 to 2020. 2. Failure to disclose the acquisition of Jiangsu Aurora’s equity as a related-party transaction in the 2018 annual report, constituting a material omission. 3. The indirect acquisition of Guangzhou 37’s equity in 2020 was a related-party transaction, yet the temporary announcement on December 7, 2020, contained false statements, and the 2020 annual report had material omissions. 4. From 2018 to 2021, annual reports failed to disclose related-party transactions with Hainan Liyuan and other companies, constituting material omissions.
The CSRC proposed the following penalties: - Order 37 Interactive Entertainment to rectify the violations, issue a warning, and impose a fine of RMB 9 million. - Issue warnings and impose corresponding fines on the responsible individuals.
