Stock News06-05 21:01

GAODI HOLDINGS (01676) has announced a proposal to change the board lot size for trading its shares on the Stock Exchange. The company intends to alter the trading board lot from the current 4,000 shares to 10,000 shares, with the change scheduled to take effect from 9:00 a.m. on Monday, June 29, 2026. To facilitate the trading of odd lots resulting from this change, the company will arrange a matching service for such shares.

In a separate capital-raising initiative, the board has recommended a rights issue to shareholders. The company aims to raise up to HK$24.99 million, before expenses, through this offering. The rights issue is not underwritten. It involves the issuance of up to 1.315 billion new shares at a subscription price of HK$0.19 per share. The basis for the issue is on the terms of 1 new share for every 2 existing shares held by shareholders on the record date, assuming no further shares are issued or repurchased before that date.
