Tigermed Announces Completion of Share Buyback Program, Repurchasing Over 20 Million A-Shares

Tigermed (HKG: 03347) has issued an announcement regarding the progress of its share repurchase initiative.

As of June 30, 2026, the company has repurchased a total of 20,963,500 A-shares through a dedicated securities account using centralized competitive bidding.

These repurchased shares represent approximately 2.4347% of the company's current total share capital and about 2.8410% of its total A-share capital.

The highest price paid per share was 42.78 yuan, while the lowest price was 38.22 yuan.

The total expenditure for the buyback amounted to 824 million yuan, excluding transaction fees.

The company stated that this share repurchase has been conducted in full compliance with its approved buyback plan and all relevant laws and regulations.
