HTSC (06886) has announced the completion of its corporate bond issuance.
The issuance, conducted under the company's 2026 public offering to professional investors, comprised two tranches with different maturities.
The first tranche, with a 2-year term, and the second tranche, with a 3-year term, featured an unrestricted inter-tranche reallocation option.
The total issuance size for both tranches combined did not exceed RMB 8 billion.
The bonds were issued at a par value of RMB 100 per unit and were offered exclusively to professional institutional investors.
The issuance process concluded on July 20, 2026.
The final issuance size for the 2-year tranche was RMB 5.8 billion, with a coupon rate of 1.60% and a subscription multiple of 1.83 times.
The 3-year tranche saw an issuance size of RMB 2.2 billion, carrying a coupon rate of 1.65% and a subscription multiple of 3.39 times.
A review confirmed that the company's directors, senior management, shareholders holding over 5% stake, and other related parties did not participate in the subscription.
Affiliates of the lead underwriter for this bond issuance, China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd., subscribed to RMB 500 million of the 2-year tranche and RMB 420 million of the 3-year tranche.
