VIEWTRIX TECH (Stock Code: 03310) announced that its H-shares will be included in the list of eligible securities under both the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect and the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect schemes, effective 7 September 2026.

The inclusion allows qualified mainland investors to trade VIEWTRIX TECH’s Hong Kong-listed shares directly through the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges. The board expects the cross-border accessibility to broaden the shareholder base and improve liquidity in the company’s H-shares.

VIEWTRIX TECH expressed appreciation to existing shareholders and reiterated its commitment to creating sustainable value while pursuing ongoing business development.

The board currently consists of Executive Directors Dr. Gu Jing (Chairman & CEO) and Mr. Han Zhiyong; Non-Executive Directors Ms. Zhan Jing and Mr. Zhou Zhifeng; and Independent Non-Executive Directors Dr. Jiang Yimin, Mr. Chang Eric Jackson, and Mr. Zhang Jinfan.
