HUAQIN repurchases 263,400 A-shares for RMB 20.00 million; treasury stock rises to 1.54 million shares

Huaqin Co., Ltd. disclosed that on 04 August 2026 it bought back 263,400 A-shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange through centralized bidding. The repurchase was executed under the board-approved plan dated 20 July 2026.

The transaction was completed at prices ranging from RMB 74.04 to RMB 77.00 per share, translating into a volume-weighted average of roughly RMB 75.93. Total cash outlay reached RMB 19.997 million, rounded to RMB 20.00 million.

Following the buyback, outstanding shares (excluding treasury shares) declined from 1,420.66 million to 1,420.40 million, while treasury shares expanded from 1.28 million to 1.54 million. The repurchased amount represents 0.01739 % of the company’s issued share capital before the transaction, calculated against 1.51 billion total issued shares (A and H shares, net of existing treasury stock). The company’s overall issued share count remains unchanged at 1.42 billion, as the acquired shares are being held as treasury stock and have not been cancelled.

Management confirmed that the repurchase complied with all applicable regulations and listing requirements, with full payment settled on the trade date.
