On February 27th, as the Lunar New Year festivities continued, the Xinxiangfang Subdistrict of Harbin's Xiangfang District collaborated with multiple relevant departments to host a specialized 2026 "Spring Breeze Action" job fair at Hadong Wanda Plaza. The venue was bustling with activity, as corporate booths were surrounded by job seekers making inquiries and submitting applications, with long queues forming at popular companies, indicating strong momentum in both supply and demand. The event attracted over 1,200 job seekers, resulting in more than 270 preliminary employment agreements.
The job fair covered various industries including services, information technology, and commerce logistics, attracting over 70 well-known local enterprises such as Harbin Friendship Palace, Harbin New Century Jiadele Commerce & Trade Co., Ltd., Harbin Taoli Food Co., Ltd., and Guobin Hotel Management Co., Ltd. These companies offered more than 300 positions across over 20 categories, including production operations, administrative office work, sales and customer service, and logistics distribution, comprehensively meeting the employment needs of job seekers at different levels.
Additionally, a free legal consultation station was set up at the venue. The district's comprehensive governance center innovatively moved its service window to the event site, with staff from public security, procuratorate, court, justice, and comprehensive governance departments providing on-site legal advice on labor-related issues for both enterprises and job seekers.
Since 2023, the Xinxiangfang Subdistrict has been organizing specialized job fairs for four consecutive years, cumulatively attracting over 300 companies from across the city, offering more than 2,100 positions, and helping nearly 1,600 job seekers secure employment or reach preliminary agreements. This initiative has become an influential employment service brand in the Xinxiangfang area, injecting strong momentum into regional employment stability and livelihood security.
To enhance the precision and sustainability of employment services, the subdistrict has focused on creating the "Job-Sharing" employment service initiative, establishing a full-chain employment service system through a "trinity" model. Online services are advanced through community WeChat mini-programs and neighborhood grid groups, releasing detailed company recruitment information, position requirement analyses, and interview技巧 guidance 20 days in advance. Offline scenarios are empowered with functional areas like "Career Guidance Zone" and "Skills Training Consultation Zone" at the job fair, providing one-on-one services to help job seekers optimize resumes, plan career paths, and interpret relevant policies. Follow-up support includes issuing "Employment Service Tracking Cards" for 30-day monitoring of job seekers who have reached preliminary agreements, addressing probation period questions, while regularly following up with enterprises to collect employment feedback for optimizing future activities.
"The establishment of the 'Job-Sharing' employment service initiative marks our transition from 'periodic activities' to 'regularized services,' and from 'single recruitment' to 'full-chain support,'" said Cui Jianjun, Secretary of the Xinxiangfang Subdistrict Working Committee. He stated that the subdistrict will continue innovating service models and integrating quality resources to build efficient connection platforms for more job seekers and enterprises, attracting additional high-quality companies and talented individuals to Xiangfang, thereby contributing greater strength to the region's high-quality economic development.
