Inspections have been concentrated on 15 school cafeterias providing accommodation and 71 nearby food service and retail outlets. A total of 21 identified food safety concerns were addressed on-site, ensuring complete resolution and eliminating potential hazards for students' meals.
In one district, enforcement teams carried out exhaustive checks within a 200-meter radius of exam centers. They rigorously investigated issues such as unlicensed operations, expired or spoiled food, and improper food handling procedures. Businesses were also urged to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in kitchens, dining areas, and storage spaces.

Regarding medications commonly used by students, such as those for heatstroke prevention, calming nerves, cold relief, and stomach issues, officials conducted full-coverage checks of nearby pharmacies, hospitals, and clinics. They verified supply sources, storage conditions, and expiration dates to prevent the circulation of expired or unverified drugs. Over 20 pharmaceutical retailers and medical institutions were inspected, with two issues found and corrected on the spot.
Additionally, comprehensive inspections of nine food service establishments and five retail food outlets near exam centers were carried out, identifying and resolving two issues. On the day of the exams, a dedicated service station was set up at one major examination venue to handle complaints and provide emergency assistance, offering tangible support to students.
In a surrounding county, regulators concentrated on critical areas near exam centers to identify and rectify safety hazards. Price supervision was intensified with special checks on nearby hotels, focusing on transparent room rate displays and cracking down on price gouging, fraud, or failure to display prices, thereby stabilizing accommodation costs.
Special equipment safety was also prioritized, with thorough inspections of elevators and other such equipment in hotels and supermarkets near venues to ensure their safe and stable operation. The food safety defense was strengthened through in-depth checks of restaurants and convenience stores, scrutinizing ingredient sourcing, utensil sanitation, kitchen hygiene, and staff health management.
Furthermore, the quality of stationery supplies was rigorously monitored.
