The primary scope of work involves the development of a 3,000-tonne multi-purpose berth. Additionally, the project includes essential upgrades to the existing flood control wall, the construction of warehousing facilities, and the implementation of other necessary supporting infrastructure. This wharf is designed to fulfil a critical role in the integrated logistics chain for rockets, facilitating their factory dispatch, vessel loading, and the crucial river-to-sea transition.
