Gross profit reached approximately RMB 379 million, down 10.2% compared to the same period last year. The company's profit attributable to equity shareholders was approximately RMB 147 million, declining 13.8% year-on-year. Basic earnings per share stood at 12.05 cents.

During the first half of the year, the group centered on two strategic cores: "three-pillar strategic development" and "digital transformation," further enhancing third-party market capabilities and actively responding to market fluctuations while maintaining business resilience. In the first half of 2025, the company achieved stable overall operating performance, meeting budget targets and maintaining steady growth in third-party business along with advantages in the commercial property sector. The value-added services structure continued to optimize, supporting sustainable corporate development.

In core business operations, the company deepened strategic client relationships and developed benchmark projects, connecting major clients' upstream and downstream partners as well as potential customers, maintaining its leading position in the commercial property management sector. Through deep cultivation and strategic positioning, the company strengthened its facility management advantages while gradually establishing pioneering advantages in high-tech and new productive forces sectors.
