China Energy Storage keeps issued shares steady at 224.29 million in April, affirms public-float compliance

Bulletin Express05-05

China Energy Storage Technology Development Limited (CN Energy Storage) submitted its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 April 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital stays at 7.50 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.20 each, equivalent to HKD 1.50 billion. Issued shares were flat at 224.29 million, and no treasury shares were held or cancelled. Consequently, total issued share capital also held steady at 224.29 million shares.

CN Energy Storage reconfirmed that it meets the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%, ensuring adequate market liquidity.

Under the Share Option Scheme adopted on 8 June 2023, 15.55 million options at an exercise price of HKD 2.50 remain outstanding. No options were exercised in April; therefore, no new shares were issued and no funds were raised. The scheme still allows a further 1.56 million shares to be granted.

The issuer reported no warrants, convertible securities, other equity-linked instruments, or movements in treasury shares during the month. All statutory filings and regulatory conditions related to previously issued securities are confirmed as compliant, according to Company Secretary Tam Mei Chu’s submission dated 5 May 2026.
