Ta Yang Group Holdings Limited announced a further delay in sending its shareholder circular that outlines the proposed capital reorganisation and rights issue. The document, originally scheduled for dispatch by 11 September 2026, is now expected to be issued on or before 25 September 2026 to allow additional time for finalising required information.
The deferred circular will provide: • Full details of the capital reorganisation plan. • Further information on the rights issue. • A recommendation letter from the Independent Board Committee to independent shareholders. • An advice letter from an independent financial adviser. • Notice convening the extraordinary general meeting. • Other disclosures required under Hong Kong Listing Rules.
Given the latest postponement, the company is reviewing the entire timetable for both the capital reorganisation and the rights issue. A revised schedule will be released once finalised.
The board currently comprises two executive directors (Ms. Shi Qi and Mr. Li Jiuhua), four non-executive directors, and two independent non-executive directors.
The announcement was authorised for issue by Chairlady Ms. Shi Qi on 11 September 2026.
