Qilu Expressway Sets 2025 AGM for 26 June 2026; Agenda Covers Board Report, Dividend Plan and Auditor Mandate

Qilu Expressway Company Limited will convene its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, 26 June 2026, in the Oriental Room of Enjoy Hotel (Hanyu Jingu), Building A6-2, Hanyu Financial & Business Centre, Jinan, Shandong Province, PRC.

The meeting will vote on five ordinary resolutions: 1) the 2025 board work report; 2) the 2025 annual report; 3) the 2025 profit and dividend distribution plan; 4) re-appointment of audit firms and determination of 2026 audit fees; and 5) projected guarantees for 2026.

Share transfer registration will be suspended from Tuesday, 23 June 2026 to Friday, 26 June 2026 (both days inclusive). Shareholders must lodge transfer documents with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services by 4:30 p.m. on Monday, 22 June 2026 to qualify for attending and voting.

Eligible shareholders may appoint one or more proxies; completed proxy forms must reach Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services not less than 24 hours before the meeting. Identification is required for on-site attendance.

Voting will be conducted by poll, and results will be published on the HKEXnews website and the company’s website. The AGM is expected to last no more than half a day, with shareholders bearing their own travel and accommodation expenses.

As of the notice date (5 June 2026), the board comprises three executive directors, seven non-executive directors and five independent non-executive directors.
