Minsheng Bank: Zheng Haiyang Approved as Director and Member of Risk Management Committee

On November 10, financial news reported that Minsheng Bank announced today that it received the "Approval of Zheng Haiyang's Qualification as Director of Minsheng Bank" (Document No. Jin Fu [2025] 633) from the National Financial Regulatory Administration on November 7, 2025. The regulatory authority has approved Zheng Haiyang's qualification to serve as a director of the bank.

Minsheng Bank stated that, in accordance with regulatory requirements, the resolution of the 2024 Annual Shareholders' Meeting on the election of Mr. Zheng Haiyang as a non-executive director, and the resolution of the 16th meeting of the 9th Board of Directors regarding adjustments to the membership of specialized committees, Mr. Zheng Haiyang assumed his role as a director of the 9th Board of Directors and a member of the Risk Management Committee upon approval of his qualification.
