KINGFARPROPERTY (01354) announced that Executive Director Mr. Wu Suozheng has stepped down from his roles as the Chairman and a member of the Board's Nomination Committee. Independent Non-Executive Director Mr. Cao Yang has been appointed as the Chairman and a member of the Nomination Committee. Additionally, Non-Executive Director Ms. Li Lingxiao has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee. These changes will take effect from January 8, 2026.
