Vital Innovations Publishes 2025 Annual Report and AGM Materials, Opens Channels for Shareholder Access

Bulletin Express04-30

Vital Innovations Holdings Limited has released four key corporate documents dated 30 April 2026: the 2025 Annual Report, a circular, the Notice of Annual General Meeting, and a form of proxy.

Both English and Chinese versions are now available on the company website (www.vitalinno.com) and on the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk). The board recommends shareholders access the online versions to expedite information flow.

Non-registered shareholders who experience difficulty retrieving the website versions—or who prefer hard copies—can obtain printed materials free of charge. A completed request form should be returned to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Alternatively, requests can be submitted via email to 6133-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders holding shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited may opt for electronic delivery by providing a functional email address to their respective intermediaries. Until an email address is registered, these investors will receive only printed notices of publication.

For further enquiries, Tricor’s hotline (+852 2980 1333) operates Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays).

The letter was authorised and signed by Chairperson Ms Rong Xiuli on behalf of the board.
